It’s a good idea to photograph the scene of the car accident and the damage to the vehicles concerned if safe to do so using your mobile phone, photograph all vehicles involved capturing their position on the road and close ups of the damage sustained to all cars.

REMINDER: You have the right to use the repairer of your choice. Your insurer may advise you to use their own Approved Repairer, but the final choice remains with you, the Policyholder. All Insurers have an obligation governed by the FSA to “treat customers fairly”. We take the hassle out of dealing with insurance companies once you car is in for repair we can arrange car hire or courtesy car while repairs are being carried out and invoicing the insurance directly.
